Fall is starting to show itself even in my always sunny home in Hawai'i. The crisper morning air is a welcome sign of the fast-coming end to 2013. To join in on welcoming Autumn's return, my 3-year-old partner and I teamed up to decorate a $1 mini pumpkin for her white and gold-legged book bench. And timely for the season, Katja of Shift Ctrl Art's word for October was:
Alas, this pumpkin will not stay forever, as Frost has said: "Nothing gold can stay."
Still, for the time it is here, we welcome the autumnal air.
